Deliveries in France

At Archiduchesse, we try to deliver as quickly as possible!
If your order is placed before 12 noon, it is generally shipped the same day (except for flooding of the premises, broken coffee machine or computer bug) , otherwise it will leave the next day.
It is then necessary to count 48h to 72h of shipping for the orders for France (if La Poste is not on strike or does not make its own…).

To see your parcel again you have the choice between 3 options: delivery in a relay point, at home, or express via Chronopost.

> Delivery in Colissimo relay point - 5,50€
Choose your relay point from among 8,000 withdrawal points all over France (Post Office, Pickup Relais or Pickup Station). The parcel will be waiting for you there for 10 working days (or 3 days for the Pickup Station).

Delivery to Colissimo collection points is offered for purchases of 46€ or more.


> Delivery to a Letterbox

The parcel will be delivered directly to your Letterbox, or you will receive a notice from the postman. Delivery in a Letter Box is offered from 46€ of purchase.

> Delivery against signature with GLS - from 80€ of purchase

The parcel will be given to you in person and against your signature from 80€ of purchase on the Archiduchesse website.

> Chronopost Express 24h - 11€

Delivery at J+1 before 13PM, if you have ordered before 12AM.
Delivery at J+1 after 13PM if you have ordered after 12AM 12h.


You have a period of 15 days (10 working days) to collect your parcel from your post office or from a relay point. After this period, the parcel is sent back to our warehouses. But don't panic!
You can either send us an email asking us to resend it or we can call you to find out what you want.

If you still don't see the colour of your parcel, here are a few tips:

> Firstly, check your letterbox carefully.

> We then invite you to go to your post office with your ID and the tracking number of your parcel to see if your order is not there.

If despite this, your package is still missing, do not hesitate any longer and contact us either by phone or by email in order to unblock the situation as soon as possible.

Delivery in Europe and the rest of the world

At Archiduchesse, we try to deliver as quickly as possible!

It is then necessary to count 48h to 72h of shipping for the orders for France (if La Poste is not on strike or does not make its own…).

To review your package abroad, you have only one choice: letterbox delivery via Delivengo:
> € 10 for Europe (free from € 46 purchase on the site)
> € 10 for the rest of the world (free from € 50 purchase on the site)


In Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

In the rest of the world: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Russia, Turkey and the US.

The Zero Waste option

You now have the choice, when choosing the type of carrier, to select the "Zero Waste Order" option. This means that you will receive your order "raw" i.e. without our Archiduchesse tissue paper, flyer, goodies, candies and stickers. Only the Archiduchesse products in their shipping boxes.

Thus, you can either choose to check the box to activate this zero waste option or not to check it to receive your classic Archiduchesse order ! 

The payment

You have several choices:
- by bank card (visa, mastercard) > directly on the site
- via Paypal > directly on the site
- by Cheque > to be sent to Archiduchesse : ARCHIDUCHESSE - 84, rue de Paris - 92110 Clichy

The cheque may take several weeks to be cashed and therefore the order will not be instantaneous.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You have a period of fourteen days after receipt of your order to return your products to us for a refund, if they do not suit you.

Beware we can only refund you according to certain conditions, if these are not met, we can not guarantee the refund: It is imperative that the products are still under labels, unworn and unwashed.

To get your money back here are the steps:
1- Return the items to us at the following address:

2- Accompany your items with the invoice or delivery note specifying the items returned.

3- Refunds will be made promptly if the items are in good condition.

Yes, there are 3 essential conditions (dear to us):
- Products must still be under labels
- Products must not be worn
- Please do not wash products if you wish to return them

Did you get the wrong size but your order is already on its way? No worries!
You can return the products to us, provided they are still under labels, unworn and unwashed. The exchange will only be made in the same product and price category.

2- Accompany your items with the invoice or delivery note, specifying the items you wish to exchange as well as the desired size


3- The exchange will be carried out as soon as we have received and checked these products in our warehouse.


Do you wish to exchange a particular product for a more expensive one? Unfortunately we are unable to make this exchange.

So you will need to return the products in question for a refund and reorder on our website.

If you would like a cheaper item, simply return your item and we will send you the new one along with a refund of the difference.


Oups! Indeed it can happen, proof that we are not robots, the error is human !

In this case, send us a small mail to contact@archiduchesse.com, putting photos of your order (ideally it would be necessary that the bar code of the products is visible).

Of course we take at our expenses the return of the "unwanted" socks and send you back immediately your order or the missing pairs.

Products

And we understand you, choosing the right size is essential to feel good in your socks!
     > You wear size 36 to 41/41.5 ? We advise you to take the size 36/41.
     > If on the contrary you are from 42,2 to 46 ? Then size 42/46 is for you.

However, for men wearing size 41 we advise you to take size 42/46.  
We are of course at your disposal if you need further information.

Here are the heights of the different sock ranges, please note with +/- 5% tolerance.

faq

The lifespan of your socks depends on how much you use them!
We advise you to follow the care instructions (wash at 30°C, wash them inside out and do not put them in the tumble dryer) and to cut your toenails well! And our socks will last you for at least two years!

Because taking care of these socks is essential. But it can quickly become a pain in the ass! We have created, under each product sheet, specific care advice for the different categories.

In general:
> respect the care pictograms written on the sock's packaging (wash at 30°C or 40°C depending on the composition)
> Wash inside out
> Do not, under any circumstances, put in the dryer

Archiduchesse makes it a point of honour to offer 100% French made products! Our socks are made in the small village of Cars in the Limousin by the company Broussaud textiles which has been knitting socks and tights since 1938.

Our women's tights are made in the heart of the Cévennes in the village of Saint Bauzille de Putois by the family company Sotexmi.

And the latest ones, the espadrilles, come from the historical stronghold of espadrilles: Mauléon in the South-West of France.
