DELIVERIES IN FRANCE

How long will it take to receive my order?
At Archiduchesse, we try to deliver your order as soon as possible!
If your order is placed before 12:00, it is usually shipped the same day (except for flooding of the premises, broken coffee machine or computer bug), otherwise it will be shipped the next day.
Itthen takes 48 to 72 hours of shipping for orders in France (if the Post Office is not on strike or not doing its job...)

What are the choices for delivery ?
To review your package you have the choice between 3 options: delivery in a relay point, at home, or express via Chronopost.
Delivery in Colissimo relay point - 5,50€
Choose your relay point among 8 000 withdrawal points everywhere in France (Post office, Relais Pickup or Pickup Station). The parcel will be waiting for you during 10 working days (or 3 days for the Pickup Station).
Delivery in a Colissimo collection point is offered from 46€ of purchase.
Delivery to a Letterbox - 6€
The parcel will be delivered directly to your Letterbox, or you will receive a notice from the postman.
Delivery to a Letterbox is offered from 46€.
Delivery against signature with GLS - from 80€
The parcel will be given to you in person and against your signature from 80€ of purchase on the Archiduchesse site.
Chronopost Express 24h - 11€
Delivery on D+1 before 13h if you placed your order before 12pm.
Delivery on D+1 after 1pm if you placed your order after 12pm.

I received a notice of passage from the Post Office, what should I do?
You have a period of 15 days (10 working days) to withdraw your package in your post office or in a relay point. After this period, the package is returned to our warehouses. But don't panic!
Either you send us an email asking us to resend it or we call you to know what you want.

I have not received my package, what should I do?
If you still do not see the color of your package, here are some tips :
- First of all, check your mailbox.
- We invite you then to go to your post office with your ID and the tracking number of your package to see if your order is not there.
If despite this, your package is still missing, do not hesitate to contact us either by phone or by mail to unblock the situation as soon as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?
At Archiduchesse, we try to deliver your order as soon as possible!
If your order is placed before 12pm, it is usually shipped the same day (except if the premises are flooded, the coffee machine is broken down or if there is a computer bug), otherwise it will be shipped the next day.
Then, it takes between 72 hours and 1 month of shipping depending on the country of delivery (count one week for Europe and from 10 days for the rest of the world).

What are the delivery options?
To see your parcel abroad, you have only one choice: delivery in a Letter Box via Delivengo:
> 10€ for Europe (free from 46€ of purchase on the site)
> 10€ for the rest of the world (free from 50€ of purchase on the site)

In which countries can I have my order delivered?
In Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
In the rest of the world: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Russia, Turkey and USA.
THE ZERO WASTE OPTION

What is a zero waste order?
You now have the choice, when choosing the type of carrier, to select the "Zero Waste Order" option. This means that you will receive your order "raw" without our tissue paper, flyer, goodies, candies and Archiduchesse stickers. Only the Archiduchesse products in their shipping boxes.
So, you can choose either to check the box to activate this zero waste option or not to check it to receive your classic Archiduchesse order!
THE PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?
Youhave several choices:
- by credit card (visa, mastercard) > directly on the website
- via Paypal > directly on the website
- by check > to be sent to Archiduchesse : ARCHIDUCHESSE - 7, rue Ferdinand Buisson - 92110 ClichyThe check may take several weeks to be cashed and therefore the order will not be instantaneous.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

How to make a return ?
You have a period of fourteen days after receipt of your order to return your products for a refund, if they do not suit you.
Attention we can only refund you according to certain conditions, if these last ones are not respected, we cannot guarantee you the refund: It is imperative that the products are still under label, unworn and unwashed.
To get your money back, here are the steps:
1- Return the items to us at the following address

3- The refund will be made quickly if the items are in good condition.

Are there any conditions to respect when returning products?
Yes, there are 3 essential conditions (dear to us):
- The products must still be under the labels
- The products must not be worn
- Please do not wash the products if you wish to return them-
How do I make a size exchange?
Did you get the wrong size but your order is already on its way? No worries!
You can return the products to us, provided they are still tagged, unworn and unwashed. The exchange will only be done in the same product and price category.1- Return the products to us at the following address

3- The exchange will be made upon receipt and control of these products in our warehouse.

Can we exchange different products?
You wish to exchange for example a particular product by another one more expensive? Unfortunately we cannot make this exchange.
Therefore, you will have to return the products in question for a refund and place an order on our website.
If you would like a cheaper item, simply return your item and we will send you the new one and a refund for the difference.

I have received an order that is not mine or I am missing socks in my order, what do I do?
Oops! Indeed it can happen, proof that we are not robots, the error is human!
In this case, send us an email to contact@archiduchesse.comwith pictures of your order (ideally the barcode of the products should be visible).
Of course we take at our expense the return of the "unwanted" socks and send you back immediately your order or the missing pairs.
THE PRODUCTS

I hesitate about the size... Which size to choose?
And we understand you, choosing the right size is essential to feel good in your socks!
> You wear size 36 to 41/41.5 ? We advise you to take the size 36/41.
> If on the contrary you are from 42,2 to 46 ? Then size 42/46 is for you.However, for men who wear size 41 we advise you to take size 42/46.
We are of course at your disposal if you need further information.-
What is the height of the different ranges of socks?
Here are the heights of the different ranges of socks, with +/- 5% tolerance.

How long do the socks last?
The lifespan of your socks depends on how you use them!
We advise you to follow the care instructions (wash at 30°C, turn them inside out and do not put them in the dryer) and to cut your toenails well! And our socks will last you at least two years!-
How to take care of my socks?
Because taking care of your socks is essential. But it can quickly become a nuisance!
We have created, under each product sheet, specific care advice for the different categories.In general:
> Follow the care pictograms on the sock's packaging (wash at 30°C or 40°C depending on the composition)
> Wash inside out
> Never tumble dry-
Where are your products made?
Archiduchesse makes it a point of honour to offer 100% French made products! Our socks are made in the small village of Les Cars in the Limousin by the company Broussaud Textiles which has been knitting socks and tights since 1938!
Our women's tights are made in the heart of the Cevennes in the village of Saint Bauzille de Putois by the family business Sotexmi.
And the latest products, the espadrilles, come from the historical stronghold of espadrilles: Mauléon in the South-West.
