Archiduchesse delivers almost in the whole world, it costs 6€ in France and Europe if you buy for less than 46€. Above 46€, you have free shipping.
The delivery within metropolitan France is done with a tracking number in 48/72h (free above 46€ bought).
For Europe and the world, the customer has a delivery without tracking (free above 46€ bought for Europe and 50€ bought for the rest of the world).
For information, the delivery deadlines varies from 2 days ( for metropolitan france) to 1 month for some countries (Italia, U.S.A, Belgium,...) from the shipment. Archiduchesse engages itself to send your order in the two days following your order validation.
When the shipment was made with a tracking number, you can track the package directly from your account. (Info>Order>Details)
Returns, exchanges and refunds
You have a period of 14 days to return your articles without reason (it is in the traditional ecommerçants, at Archiduchesse we are flexible enough on the period - no panic!)
Return shipping for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned "new":
> In their original packaging (label always attached to the product)
> Unworn Products
> Unwashed products
Products must be returned to the following address, along with the delivery note or invoice of the order:

The customer can make an exchange only if the product is at the same price (usually you must stay in the same category, and not switch from an adult size to a child size - or vice versa).
Once the product is returned and received by the warehouse, Archiduchesse will exchange the items at its own expense.
Refunds must respect the return policy.
The refunds of the products will be made by the company ARCHIDUCHESSE within a maximum delay of 30 days after the receipt of the products (this is the legal deadline but fortunately we manage to be more reactive!). The refund will be made according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer for his order or by the delivery of a purchase order.
