Delivery and shipping

Archiduchesse ships almost worldwide. Shipping fees are shown automatically at checkout depending on the destination, carrier and order value.

For metropolitan France, tracked delivery is available in 48/72h from €4.50, with free shipping from €55 depending on the selected delivery method.

For French overseas territories, Colissimo signed-for delivery costs €6 and is free from €55.

For Europe, including the United Kingdom, international delivery is available with DHL Economy Select for €10 and is free from €55.

For the rest of the world, international delivery is available with DHL Express Worldwide for €10 and is free from €50.

Customs duties and possible import taxes/VAT are the responsibility of the recipient.

As an indication, delivery times vary from 2 days for metropolitan France to up to 1 month for some countries, from the shipment date. Archiduchesse aims to ship orders within two business days after validation.

When the shipment includes tracking, you can track the package directly from your customer account (Info > Orders > Details).

The “Zero Waste Order” option is now available on the site.

When choosing the carrier, you can tick the “Zero Waste Order” option. This means you will receive your order without our tissue paper, flyer, goodies, sweets or Archiduchesse stickers.
Only the Archiduchesse products in their shipping box.

You can either tick the box to activate this zero waste option, or leave it unticked to receive your classic Archiduchesse order.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your items without giving a reason. At Archiduchesse, we are usually quite flexible on timing, so no panic.

Return conditions
Return shipping costs for withdrawal or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
Products must be returned “new”:
> In their original packaging (label still attached to the product)
> Unworn
> Unwashed

Items must be returned to the following address, together with the delivery note or invoice:

Exchange
The customer can exchange a product only if it is at the same price, usually within the same category and without switching from an adult size to a child size, or vice versa.
Once the product has been returned and received by the warehouse, Archiduchesse will exchange the items at its own expense.

Refund
Refunds must respect the return conditions.
Refunds will be made by ARCHIDUCHESSE within a maximum of 30 days after the products have been received. This is the legal deadline, but we usually manage to be faster. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of the order, or as a voucher.
